    All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and not damaged.
    Items must not have any perfume smell, makeup stains, stretching, or wear and tear.
    📸 3. Product Unboxing Video (MANDATORY)
    To process any return, it is mandatory to share a clear unboxing video showing:
    The product being opened from its original packaging (without cuts or edits).
    The product defect (if any), size tag, and overall condition.
    The shipping label on the parcel.
    🚫 Without this unboxing video, we cannot process returns or claims for damage, defect, or wrong items — this is to avoid misuse and ensure fairness.
    4. Returnable Reasons
    We accept returns only in the following situations:
    You received a damaged product.
    You received the wrong item or size than what was ordered.
    The product has a manufacturing defect.
    📦 Note: Minor color variations due to photography or lighting are not considered valid reasons for return.

💰 3. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • The item you ordered is out of stock.
  • The returned product passed our quality check and qualifies for a refund.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit after return is received and approved.

b. Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

🚚 4. RETURN SHIPPING

  • For eligible returns, we will arrange reverse pickup (where available).
  • If reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area, you must ship the item back to us at your own cost.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item).
