- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹49 – ₹79 based on the order total
- Standard Shipping Fee: ₹50 for orders below ₹999 (prepaid)
Final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
🛑 5. NON-DELIVERY & RTO (Return to Origin)
- If a customer is unavailable at delivery or refuses the package, it may be returned to us.
- In such cases, reshipping will only be done after customer pays re-shipping charges.
- For repeated delivery failures, the order may be canceled with deduction of actual shipping and handling fees.

📦 7. DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS
- If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept delivery and inform us immediately.
- If items are missing from a sealed parcel, share a mandatory unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the parcel to help us investigate and resolve the issue.
